Neighbor Stealing Packages

I fully admit that I’m angry right now and might not be thinking things through. I am considering taking a neighbor to small claims court. Please tell me if this would be a waste of my time. In my county it looks to be about $100. I’m angry enough right now to put in the leg work. For 6 years my items have been delivered to the wrong address. I own a condo that borders an apartment complex. They deliver there to the same unit number l but different address. I get about 80% of my stuff I’d say. I haven’t been too bothered about it. I believe it’s not my job to go over there to look for it. I ordered delivery for a reason. I have a lot of pictures of my stuff at this woman’s door. Notable items a $200 air purifier, exercise equipment, even energy drinks. She keeps everything. So I call Amazon or door dash they give me my replacement I move on with my life no Ill will it’s fine. She’s got thousands of free stuff from me though. Today I door dashed some dog food. As soon as I saw the photo I texted the dasher through the app and he went back to get it. The lady was getting out of her car and he told her he was a dasher coming to get the package and redeliver because wrong address. She grabbed the package ran to her door and slammed it in the dashers face. It’s not a matter of the item itself so much as the behavior for giving up $25 dog food she probably doesn’t even use vs the thousands she has essentially stolen. It’s upsetting to me. Is it worth going to small claims? Can I even do that? The cops won’t even come unless I press charges. I’m thinking along the lines of I can at least waste her time and make her go to a court house and explain her greed.
