My Roommate Changed The Locks.

In December of 2023, I(19m) moved in with a coworker(27f) into her apartment. I never signed a lease but I paid rent/utilities to her every day up until today(4/18/2024) when she called me to tell me she had changed the locks and I would need to set up a time with her to get my things. She also threatened that if I didn’t get my dog out of the house in 30 minutes she would “take care of it herself.” I was 2 hours away but luckily had a friend that was able to get the dog. She had voiced no issues prior. I know it was stupid to not sign the lease, but I never have had any kind of issue in the apartment. Do I have any legal rights? Am I even considered a tenant. I live in Oklahoma if it changes based on state.
