My Parents Are Suing Each Other For Child Support But I Am 20 Years Old

My parents divorced each other about ten years ago and since then it’s been a never ending battle between the two of them. We are located in New Jersey, which allows child support payments until the age of 19, unless a court orders them. I’m not sure of the specifics, but I know that my mother has been required to pay my father for the remaining time I am in college. Currently my father is attempting to have his amount adjusted. From the research I’ve done, I seem to have no legal rights in this situation, and I find this to be absurd. How is a court able to dictate which parent I spend time with during the week when I am literally an adult? After ten years of being in the middle of their issues I am tired of it. Is there any way for me to have some sort of legal representation in their case? If not my own representation, how else can I be sure my voice is heard? I do not believe that either party is acting in my best interest and I would like to intervene. My parents have involved me only when it serves them I am tired of it. Any advice would be extremely helpful. If I can’t get my own lawyer, I was considering writing a letter to the judge, but I am not sure if that is even possible or how I would go about that.
