My Old Bank Won't Give Me My Disability Money

I am a 21 y/o woman that has Mutiple Sclerosis. I've been on Disability for about a year now, and SSI gave me Direct Express as a bank. I've used it until I locked my card by not remember the security number so it locked. I have done my best to unlock the card by contacting the bank, and emailing them my ID as proof. I was denied And ever since then D.E has been telling me to go to SSI to resolve this, while SSI tells me to go to D.E as they have no power over the money once it's gone. My account piled up so much money because we thought we could fix it, but one the 3rd and final month of us trying to switch bank accounts, a large sum of money was given to the D.E bank by mistake and no one will do anything. After that we decided to switch to a different bank Customer service won't help me, Social Security can't help me. There's 2k just sitting there and the D.E has caused me so much emotional distress. They refused to talk to my dad about the matter even though my anxiety has gotten so bad at that point because of them. Even though I've said verbally I consented for him to be on the call, the hung up on him.
What can I do? No one will help me, and that's so much money collecting dust. My parents are furious for me as they've also done all that they could. This has been an issue since last September, I just want the money that is mine and we're all at a loss
