My Neighbor Broke Into My House & My Landlord Won't Evict Them And The Police Didn't Make A Report

I have Blink camera footage of him entering my room, looking around, but when he noticed he's on camera he leaves without taking anything.

My landlords won't evict them. They told me "How do I know he's not your cousin living on your couch?" Which is an immediate slap in the face. I'm the only one on my lease and if I DID have an adult cousin living with me on my couch I'd be in violation of me lease and I'd be evicted.

My neighbor was interviewed by the cops and gave an alibi that our "back door was wide open," that his two pitbulls "got into my house" and were "chasing cats" If you were to see the raw footage without the tt sound in the background you do not see or hear his two asthmatic breathung pitbulls in my house and also there's a cat following calmly behind him trying to get pet. Where's the dogs if they were chasing cats? Why are you OPENING MY CLOSED ROOM DOOR of your dogs were chasing cats? And how was my back door wide open when I don't use it????

My property management has been treating me like trash and will not evict them for neither the breaking and entering OR the lessee breaking their lease for having this man who's not listed on the lease live there. He's not listed on the lease but ANYONE in the neighborhood can tell you he lives there as he's there every day, has a key, and hangs out outside and greets us (neighbors) daily.

Full story is on my tt at UnahVerse but I'm trying to bring awareness as my neighbors are all women and we all feel extremely unsafe that this man has been caught on camera in my room.

This happened on 4/23 at 8:11AM CST while I was on my way to work. He's my neighbor who lives two doors down. This happened in Louisiana.

Can I sue the cops for not allowing me to file a police report? They gave me my case number but there's no police report. Can I request the body cam footage??? I contacted the captain of patrol to help me with arresting this person or at least getting a police report.

As for my landlord, if they won't evict them because he's not on the lease, but everyone in my neighborhood knows he lives there-- isn't that breaking the lease??? Cause he's not a lessee???

Please help this case is so complicated and idek where to begin.

Thanks in advance.
