My Mom Scammed Me Out Of 26k

So basically I didn't want to go into college and be in debt because the job I wanted to do didn't require a degree and honestly needed experience so I wanted to go into the workforce right away

my mom wasn't happy with this and said she would pay for the school as long as I passed, so I went along, I knew something was up because when I wanted access to my student aid account she would never give it to me and kept telling me to send loan refunds to her account which averaged about 2-3k per semester.

Well now I'm graduating and I got an email saying I owed 26k in student aid and that I needed to start paying it back, I got access to the account by guessing the password and found out all the refunds she got from my student loans she never put a single penny into repaying the loans and now she is telling me I have to start the payments back and that I should be happy she lied to me because of how much better my life will be with a degree.

Is there anything I can do, I never personally signed or agreed to any loan not even a yes you can do that on text message.
