My Mom Died Things Are In Probate

my mother died a couple weeks ago I live in michigan was signing off on my part of the inheritence to keep my disability a good idea. Its going to my brother who has said and I plan to get it in writing and notarized that I can live with him as long as I do not cause property damage as in set the house on fire or something like that. (if I get a hold of too much money they take it and I really need the insurance) My aunt who takes care of three disabled aunts suggested it and she's been tangling with disability longer than I've been alive. (two cerebal palsy from infections in the hospital as infants, one my grandmother ingested stuff we now know causes birth defects she's like a 3 maybe five year old intellectually)
