My Manager Has Been Clocking Me Out For Lunches I Did Not Take.

A couple of months ago management at my job decided they would make lunch for everyone on Saturdays. I was never told that I was still required to take a lunch break. I would eat my lunch at my desk while I was working. The other day I realized that my manager has been clocking me out for lunches on Saturdays for the past 2 months. I looked through my time sheets and there was a total of 6 days that he clocked me out for lunches. I have proof that I was there and working for 3 of the days from phone calls that I made and emails that I sent. Do I need to find a lawyer? Is it worth it for just 6 hours? Should I just contact HR?
