My Leasing Agent Offered Free Parking. After Moving In Apartment Says They Aren’t Offering A Free Parking Spot And Leasing Agent Just Say “whoopsies”

When I was apartment hunting, the leasing agent for this apartment complex offered free parking as part of my lease. When the lease was sent to me for review, the addendum simply said “parking space concession” but no statement. I called the leasing agent to verify that the parking spot would indeed be free. He said it was. I move in and on my rental portal I see that they are charging me $175 for the parking spot. I went to talk to the leasing office and they simply said there’s nothing they can do and won’t give me the space for free. I talked to the leasing agent as well and he basically just said “oops sorry”

Are there any legal actions I can take? I’m in California.
