My Landlord Took My Screen Door To Punish Me And Won't Give It Back.

My landlord has been on the warpath lately, having big blow up arguments with the other tenants in my building. Her and I have never come to blows until now. Last Friday, I was working from home and had a Zoom meeting at 10AM. I was told by the landlord she wanted to send a handyman at 11AM to work on my back door. My screen door sticks somewhat and you have to jerk it to open it. Anyway, the handyman turned up early while I was in my meeting) and couldn't wrap his brain around the concept of pulling the door slightly harder, so he reported back to her I'd locked the screen door. This door does not lock. She knows that, or should, seeing as it is her building.
Anyway, she sent a text message saying "If you won't let people in to work, no screen door for you." Which is utterly batshit. I tried calling her to explain the situation and that the door sticks, but she was wholly unreceptive. She sent the same handyman the next day to remove the screen door completely.
I'm in California, Los Angeles. What legal options do I have at my disposal, if any?
