Harassing Calls For A Bill That Is Not Mine.
For the past 2 years I've been receiving phone calls on my business line regarding bill that is not mine.
Each time they call, I give them the phone number of the actual company they're trying to reach and every time they tell me they'll update the file.
Still, multiple calls a week, for 2 years. I talked to supervisors, told each and every person to check the file notes. To call the actual number of the actual business that they're trying to reach. Yet the calls keep coming.
The irony..... The company trying to collect on the bill, is a Yellow Pages biz. A company whose entire business revolves phone numbers.... Numbers you would hope would be correct if you're still using it in 2024.
Is there anything that can be done to stop the calls?
