My Landlord Is Demanding A Lease Breakage Fee I Can't Pay.

So here's the story, My partner had gotten his hours cut in the month of January and February of 2024, but we started our lease agreement of 1 year in October of 2023. Starting in February we began to be late on rent due to the new year slump of retail. (One to two weeks) So in February my landlord have us the ultimatum of BE out by march 1st, or we would be evicted. But here's the catch. She said we had to pay a lease breakage fee and she keeps our deposit. I didn't mind the deposit part but the lease breakage fee is $975!!
We cleaned the apartment top to bottom. No damage was done and I took a video and photos of the state of the apartment which was left nearly flawless. I did tell her that if I paid her the breakage fee it would take a while due to our family of three being now homeless and literally having no where to go (we've been couch hoping and staying in shelters) I've paid her $100 of it, but I can't pay her but every other week and she's now demanding I pay her faster but I physically CANT. Im homeless, my partner is working at a restraunt until he finds a better job, and we have a two year old son. What will happen to me if I can't pay her the lease breakage fee in the amount of time she asks for? I work full time at a restraunt and get paid very little.(also please keep in mind we moved out by the requested time frame and this took place in West virginia)
What do I do you guys? I feel like I could just die. I haven't even gotten food stamps yet and can barely afford food. How can I pay this woman? Will I go to jail? I'm so worried for my son..
