My Grandma Let Her Friend Store Items In Her Ceramic Shop And After She Changed The Locks, He Wants His Stuff Back It’s Been 6 Months.

Sorry this is my first time posting.

My grandma let her friend store some things in her ceramic shop. He ended up getting mad at her, left all his stuff there for 6 months. The other day the couple that lives at the ceramic shop ran into him and told him to leave and that he wasn’t suppose to be there (they know about all the drama). He threatened that he had a key to every door at the shop and could get in, so they changed the locks. He says by law because he had a key to her shop, that she has to give him his stuff or it’s considered theft. She didn’t want to give him his stuff back because he owes her $400. She was gonna give him the stuff after he paid her back. He then called the police and filed a case against her and the officer said she has to give the stuff back. Is that true? Is there anything she can do?? She’s located in Oklahoma
