Father Uses My Address And Is Committing Some Sort Of Credit Card Fraud
Ohio My father is using my address a (which I never consented to) and seems to be committing some sort of credit card fraud. He now has court papers being delivered here, which we refused to sign for. I’m worried there’s going to be a search warrant or something and they’re going to storm our home (this happened with my ex husband and they were abusive even though I didn’t know what was going on, so now I have legit diagnosed PTSD). What can I do here? Can I get his name off my address through the post office? He’s not on the lease, he just uses the mailing address. Is this even something that can happen or is my trauma talking?
