My Former Job Didn’t Pay Me. What Action Can I Take?
Hi,
I recently started working for a management firm that was not fully transparent about the nature of the role during the application and interview process. When I started I had no idea I would be doing door-to-door sales (my employer very conveniently never mentioned that was the case until my first day). I ended up quitting after my second day after I also had a bad experience with my supervisor. I was supposed to receive my paycheck through direct deposit yesterday for the days I did work, but did not get anything. What steps can I take?
