My Birth Certificate And Social Security Card Doesn't Match.
My mother changed my last name to my father's last name after they got married.my ssc still has my mother's last name. I've been trying for years to get help. I went to see if I could find proof of name change but I'm not in any of the books. My parents got married in the 80's. Both parents are on my birth certificate but I can't get ID, passport without proof of name change. I don't know what to do. I've been trying to get this straightened out but I keep running into brick walls. Please help me! I'm so frustrated! I really appreciate any help or advice. I'm in nyc
