Mom Suing Me Over Alimony Dad Owes Her

Background: My Dad worked with me full time when I started a Contracting Business. My Parents split up shortly after(still not legally divorced), and Mom sends over Alimony Paperwork from the Court. I immediately start garnishing wages from Dads Paycheck. She goes to court again and asks for more money. This causes my Dad to quit working with me. So therefore I cannot continue to pay her Alimony for obvious reasons. He then does not work for me for 6 months.

She then continues to threaten me because I won't tell her where my Dad works. He would start to work with me sporadically (2 to 4 days a month) for the next 3 years (yes this had gone on for 5 years).

She believes I owe her for every month of Alimony (60 Months at this point) even though he has sporadically worked for me with some months of no work at all.

I tried settling out of court (as requested by her) but could not come to an agreement.

So I tell her we need to go to court and have this calculated and settled.

She then proceeds to not communicate for 1.5 Years.

And now she messages threatening to Take me to Court and suspend my contractors license because I have not paid her.

Does she have any legal standing on this?

Or as I beleive, this will just be calculated and be paid accordingly (which is what I have always wanted).

Either way I beleive I will need to Lawyer up as now she is threatening the livelihood of not just me but my 8 employees. Nothing in the Contractors Law does it say this can happen over Alimony. But just curious before I receive the long awaited legal threat.
