My Aunt Traded In Her Van And The Person Who Bought It Hurt Someone…
Someone bought the car and then hurt someone in an accident and apparently the person who got hurt is trying to hold my aunt responsible because they’re saying something was wrong with the van (2003 crysler town and country that had been driven all over for 2 decades) and “they were the owners”.
I told my aunt she should get a lawyer but then I thought wait is this person insane? The dealership owned the car how can they even try to hold my aunt responsible like that’s so dumb should she even worry? Thanks in advance. I’ll send any helpful responses to her she doesn’t have an account here.
