Kid Who Used To Bully Me In Middle School Keeps Attempting To Run Me Over

Basically there was this guy, David, who would bully me a lot in middle school. Eventually I stabbed him the arm with a pencil and he stayed away from for a long time.
He did attempt to bully me again in highschool, but I was now the same size as him and threw him against a wall, and again he left me alone.

I go running around this park near me house. And David lives near there. Twice now while running this white truck keeps steering into while I go running, and I have to get off the road to avoid being hit.
Then today while stopping at a convenience store, I saw David there, and the same white truck that keeps steering into me. He also looks like a homeless crackhead now. When he saw me he quickly moved to the back of the store and kept his back turned to me.

Could you guys give me any advice? It would be hard for me to catch this on camera.
