Mentally Ill Roommate Thinks I’m Trying To Poison Her And Got A Restraining Order That Evicted Me From My Own Property.

I have a friend that has been homeless and sleeping in her car in a Walmart parking lot. She has 4 cats which I’ve let stay on my enclosed porch and she comes by every few days to take care of and visit them. In February during a sub-zero cold snap I offered to let her stay on the porch. After the weather warmed up she asked to stay a month to find an apartment and I agreed. After the month was up she asked for more time and I agreed. She was very quiet and kept to yourself so it wasn’t a burden on me. Her mental state deteriorated and she began asking me if I was in a movie I’d be watching or a music video. she began taking all her food and water with her into the bathroom when she used it and accused me of poisoning her and her cats. She called the police many times and said I was poisoning her and I had killed her in the past and would kill her again until the police declared her 10-96 (mental subject) and would not come out when she called them anymore.
Eventually she refused to leave when I told her and since she had been there for longer than a month she legally has a claim of residence and must be legally evicted. The day of court for the eviction she filed for a restraining order claiming the property was hers and I was the guest. She claimed I was poisoning her and had killed her son who had committed suicide years ago. The claims on the restraining order are obviously of a mentally ill person and her claim of owning the property was false. The day of the restraining order she called the police and I was forced to leave my own home and not allowed to get any possessions or medication. I was never served or showed any paperwork about the restraining order. The police told me I needed to get a court order of property to be allowed back to get my stuff. I was told this by several different officers on multiple times. I went to get the court order and the clerk informed me that I needed no order and it states on the restraining that the police are obligated to escort me to get my possession. So I went to the police station and was told again that I needed a court order, I explained what I was told and the officer read the order and immediately agreed to escort me. So basically I’ve been forced out of my house which I have a warranty deed and bill of sale stating my ownership by someone that the police have declared to be mentally ill and the restraining order has the false claim of her being the owner of the property. I have hired an attorney but what are the chances of this being resolved quickly? I am staying at a friends currently but the situation has cost me several days of missed work and $1200 in lawyer fees. Would the police be at fault for evicting me from my own property and refusing to escort me to get my stuff? Thank you for any and all advice I know very little in terms of this kind of stuff.
