Man Sold Me A Car With A Rolled Back Odometer And Fraudulent Title

As the title states, I bought a car. The odometer had been rolled back and the title was fraudulent. I know this because I got in contact with the original owner of the car, who sold it to this man a week ago and he sold it to me yesterday. He claimed it was a 2010 with 107,000, it ended up being a 2008 with over 220,000 when they gave it to him. I have proof from the original owners about the state of the car which lines up not at all with how he sold it. I know I messed up, don’t need comments about that. I also have all of our screenshots and a phone number he texted me from (iPhone) until he blocked me.
