Looking To File For Guardianship Over Mentally Ill Parents In New Jersey

My parents have been in a toxic marriage all of my life and are in their 60's. My father has severe depression and has been in and out of mental hospitals for 10 years with multiple suicide attempts. My mother was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, bipolar, schizophrenia, pretty much everything, but is not taking medication or seeking any treatment. Every time my father gets released back from the hospital, he goes back to their house together where she is extremely verbally abusive towards him until he hits a breaking point and has another suicide attempt. He is not mentally or financially stable enough to move away from her or get a divorce. They are both out of work and have no other family members willing to help. My goal is to get guardianship so I can sell their house and separate them since they will not do it on their own. What are the first steps I need in order to make this happen? Would I even be able to get guardianship over my mother if she is not seeking help? My father is in the hospital right now with no plans for discharge.
