Lawyer Told Us “oops We Let A Conflict Of Interest Get Passed Us”

We are being sued by a PPP, labor law, and contract fraudster who knows how to use the legal system to screw people.

This individual purposely hired every law firm in the city just so that no one else could retain their services to sue her.

In our particular case, this person hired our lawyers to work on an unrelated case and our lawyers accepted the job.

Then when she paid our lawyers they sent us a copy of the check asking why she was sending them money. We had no idea…

Then two weeks later they tell us that the check was for services they rendered and unbeknownst to them there was a conflict of interest. WTF?????

They claim they spoke to the bar and no one saw any issues, but when I asked if the fraudster could use this to cause us to lose their counsel they said yes.

I lost my fucking mind.

These dipshits have charged us close to $80k already just to get through 2 summary judgments which have landed us NOWHERE.

What the fuck do we do? Can I sue these assholes????
