Landlord Keeps Coming Into Our Yard Without Notice.

Three roommates and I, live in a rental house and our landlord keeps coming by at random times and going into our backyard. I just wanna know if that’s allowed due to our lease agreement which states:

Landlord's Rights Concerning Entry: “Landlord reserves the right to repair, show unit, or inspect the Premises upon twenty-four (24) hour notice. In the event of emergencies, the Landlord may enter without notice.”

So I guess is the yard included in premises? And do I have the right to tell them to give us a 24 hour notice next time?
