Is This Legal And What Are My Options? Florida Vacation Rental

We signed a rental contract to stay at a property for 3 days in Florida. It was advertised as available for these dates on their website and they happily took our money for it. The trip is in 2 weeks, and now the property management company is reaching out to tell us that the HOA only allows rentals for 7 days minimum. So they are "requiring" that we either purchase another 4 days, or they move us to a different unit. The issue is that the other units they have offered either do not have all of the same amenities, or they are much further from the beach. We also have a large group and many of these places are not large enough to accommodate them, or do not allow that amount of people. Ive told the management company that the most reasonable response would be for the owner to eat the cost and provide us with the 4 extra days for free (even though none of us will actually be able to stay.) however, they seem unwilling to do this. I'm truly not sure if what they are doing is even legal and I'm not sure what my options are. It just seems crazy that they would advertise this place, allow us to sign a rental contract, take our money, and then try to pull the rug out 2 weeks before.
