Is It Worth/time To Escalate? What Are My Options?

Let's say I have been being contacted and stalked/harassed for almost a month now on a daily basis and the platform it is happening on is not doing anything about it. I'm thinking about taking it up with IC3 but unsure if my local police department would be better and what options they would have. Maybe just to send the person a scary "Cut it out" in hopes they do, since the platform I am on is not allowed to disclose any information (At least with me). Would the Police or IC3 be able to force this platform to release information such as account locations, IPs etc (Not to me but law enforcement) and tell them to cut it out? What are my options here. Also, if this is the wrong sub for this kind of question, please feel free to redirect me. This has been frustrating for me for quite some time now.

The person in question I paid no mind to until they started looking me up outside of the platform (Potentially doxxing my information to a/their friend(s) to help them stalk and harass me) I was on and started sending me pictures asking, "Is this you?" and random ";)" messages. Despite asking them to stop multiple times and the platform support is not doing anything. I block and report, but it happens on a daily basis. Thanks for any advice you can give.
