Is It Possible To Break A Lease With 2 People On It Earlier Than It’s Supposed To End ?
My boyfriend and I recently broke up and don’t want to live together anymore however our lease isn’t up until December and neither of us want to wait that long to part ways because we literally can’t stand eachother it’s a argument everytime we see eachother we can’t even be in the same room together at this point , this morning he choked me out for no reason , I don’t want to live like this anymore but I’m afraid of getting sued by my landlord if I try to break the lease earlier than we had anticipated. If anyone has any advice I’d really appreciate it …
