Interviewing Divorce Lawyers. One Says Husband’s Proposal Is Crappy, The Other Says Take It And Run. Thoughts?

10+ years married. Two elementary aged children. After 9 years of no job and living off his trust, Husband makes $150k a year and has a trust fund with $5M+. (Prenup protects trust fund). He’d like to avoid court and he is proposing to pay alimony that is 40% of his salary, which I have seen is common. He wants to pay for 5 years which I understand is on the lower end. However he has no house or car payment as they were both bought by his parents and house is in trust. I have rent and car payment and am currently in a 2-bed apt where my two kids share a room. This is all I will be able to afford with his proposal. Is this amount of alimony reasonable? (Married 11 yrs, together 16. I was a stay at home parent for 5 years and have very inconsistent commission based work. I have applied for several salaried jobs with no nibbles.) Thank you for any insight.
