Ice Cream Thrown On Parked Car - California

I need advice. I got cut off by a driver and they aggressively braked to get me to run into them. He kept giving me nasty looks and honestly, I’m hormonal and let my anger get the best of me. I found their car in the parking garage and threw an ice cream cone at it. No glass was shattered and the car wasn’t damaged, just cone pieces and ice cream on the glass. My car has gotten broken into at the parking lot this occurred that and they didn’t have/share footage so I’m sort of relieved there. I realize I shouldn’t have done that and the stress isn’t worth getting my anger out like that.

Worst case scenario, could I get charged in California?
