I Sold My Vehicle And Now Buyer Wants To Sue Me!
I put my car on offerup and put everything that was wrong with the vehicle, their was not nothing major wrong with vehicle. There was a crack windshield, power steering leaked and back brake light were out. I also put that I wanted to sell vehicle AS IS. When we meet up he took the vehicle for a ride around the block also brought out his tester to see if the vehicle had any codes, Which car didn't have any. Now the miles on the dash were stuck so when he asked I told him I wasn't sure that I only had the vehicle a year. He then continued to check out the vehicle and said he wanted to purchase it. I had the pink slip he sign and I also signed. A couple days later he took vehicle to get the actual miles he said it had high miles on the car. I then told him I wasn't sure how much mile it had when I sold it to him. He says he going to sue me if I don't take the car back and give him his refund.
