I Live At My Job (pay Rent) They Keep Entering No Notice. Last Week Walked In On Me Changing.

I work seasonal work and live at my job(Arizona). I pay 80$ a month in rent but the company keeps entering my room with no notice or knock. On Friday a male member of the housing department entered my room with no notice or knock on the door. I was yelling no, stop, I’m changing but he didn’t stop until seeing me undressed. He then left and never came back/ I couldn’t find him to ask any questions after. Hr is saying they don’t need any notice as I don’t pay rent but rather “utilities” but the contract I signed clearly states the money is for rent and they feel bad about the situation but I got more of an ooops that stinks response. Not really sure where to go from here
Edit: yes I have signed a sort of formal but definitely legally binding paperwork stating my move in date, monthly rent and move out date along with housing rules. Which makes me think I have tenant rights which my employer does not think I have any.
