I Left A Bad Review And A Business Terminated My Account For Services Already Paid And Threatened To Sue Me. Is There Anything I Can Do?

I payed for a one year subscription to a company called America's Mailbox. They are a mail forwarding service in South Dakota, and the holder of my legal residence in the United States.

I had a terrible customer service experience with them so I left a bad review on google. It wasn't exaggeration, it was just a warning to people that the customer service was bad and that one of their services was misleading (something I wish I had read before signing up).

A day later, I receive an automated email saying that my account had been suspended. I get a voicemail from the GM saying that I need to call him about the review I left. I call him back and he freaks out. He threatens to sue me and says that unless I remove the review, then he's going to close my account.

The problem is, this is my legal residence in SD. The service they provide is exactly that. I need time to figure out what do do about my residency (I'm currently traveling abroad).

I'm not going to remove my review, especially after talking to this maniac on the phone who threatened to sue me and was incredibly rude. I feel compelled to warn others about this but also feel like this is a complete abuse by them, and I they should not be allowed to do this.

Unfortunately, in the Terms of Service, it states that they can terminate the Agreement at anytime. But is there any action I can take here?
