I Have An Er Diagnosis That’s Says I Have “a” And A Subsequent Er Diagnosis Which Disagrees And Says I Don’t Have Disease “a” And Then Goes As Far As To Diagnose Me With “delusional Disorder” For Saying I Have Disease “a”. Can I Sue?

I’ve been diagnosed with disease A in the ER three times and prescribed medication for it which worked.

Disease A is an immune disorder not a mental health disorder.

Retuned to ER saying I was flaring up again, out of my meds and needed more. They said I “self diagnosed” and the disease isn’t real, and then said the medication I’ve been taking for 2 years isn’t available in the United States (?!) when it most certainly is, then diagnosed me with “delusional disorder” (a psychotic disorder!) and told me if I didn’t take an Ativan they would inject me with haldol against my will. So I was forced to take an Ativan even though I told them I have severe side effects from it. And guess what. I had side effects from it and it didn’t help me.

I filed for an amend request with proof of past diagnosis, pictures, past prescriptions, and explanation my symptoms exactly mirrored the diagnosis and they refused the amendment.

So now I have a severe psychotic disorder diagnosis which may cause me to lose my job, my kids, and not allow me to own a gun, travel to some countries, etc.
