I Blocked My Ex’s Number And Sent Them Invites To A Parenting App, Can I Get In Trouble For That?

I (36F) have a child (13) with my ex (39M) who also happens to be a cop, my child and I live in a different state 200 miles away from their dad. For context: we had to escape my ex in Nov 2023 due to psychological and financial abuse, and my child hates him for the abuse and then killing their frogs as retaliation. We’ve been in hiding in a dv shelter since. My ex has a habit of intimidating me and using his cop voice to force me to obey him. I am still scared of him and know he can get away with it through text messages so I told him to download a coparenting app and only text me about our child on there. He is refusing to join the app and I’m scared he’s going to use that as a violation to his rights to his parenting time. He pays for our child’s phone but he hasn’t called or texted them in 4 months, and I keep sending him invites to the app.
Should I wait til he joins the app or should I take the bait and continue texting him knowing he’ll keep intimidating me?
