Husband Made False Accusations Against Me Cps Involved And I Want A Divorce -texas

I'm about to have an appointment with lawyers through my DV shelter for divorce.
This month my husband yelled at me over issues we've been having. I have it all recorded but he had threatened to kill himself. I had stated to him I was going to inform our therapist and the authories, which I did. Our therapist had said to call non-emergency and have someone come out which they did.
He went with them to the hospital and came back in the middle of the night. The day after I had CPS knocking on my door, and I thought it was about my husband only to find out the accusations were about me.
It was clearly from him while he was at the hospital, all false mind you. He painted a picture that I'm an abusive drunk to our children, that I neglected our youngest.
I have been in the process for the last few months working with the DV shelter to try to leave and file for divorce. I signed consent papers for my advocate to speak to CPS if they choose to call them, and they have already spoken to my two people they asked for.
My main questions are: How will this effect custody for me? I know false reports can lead to jail time possibly so how does that work exactly? I know I can ask my actual lawyers but I will only have an hour to speak to them, and I would like to be more informed during the phone call to speed things along.
