How Do I Stop Aep From Using Our Driveway?

We live in Delaware County, Ohio. Our property borders a 100 acre corn field. Our neighbors are being paid by AEP to install transmission lines right against our property (1ft from the property line).
Every single survey, soil sample, and measuring job that has been done thus far has had multiple trucks parked in our driveway. Our neighbors, whose house and barns are just 2 acres away from the border of our property—just mowed our grass along our driveway to let AEP have easier access.
Some of the worker’s have even parked their cars and trucks on our lawn.
Because the giant transmission lines are technically not touching our property, we were never contacted for easements or right of ways. We also cannot be compensated for the project devaluing our property.
I’m at an utter loss of words for how disrespectful our neighbors are. They have at least an acre worth of gravel parking on their property for all their barns and farm silos—yet they have had the audacity to tell AEP to park all of there trucks in our driveway and on our lawn.
I was contacted a month ago by Orcolan to ask if their guys could walk across our driveway to the neighbors field, and I told him specifically they could walk across our driveway, they could drive a truck through the corner of our property to get the truck onto the neighbors field—but that no one was to park on our property.
I called him and raised hell today, sending photos of the guys parked as well. He said he was very sorry and didn’t understand why they didn’t listen—but then the guys were there for another hour before leaving.
Who do I contact to make sure people are not parking on our driveway?
What rights do I have to put up road blocks?
Should I speak with my neighbors first?
Do I need a lawyer?
Thank you so much for any advice.
