How Can I Save My House From My Mother Who Is Knowingly Giving Thousands Of Dollars To A Spammer?

We have a family trust. In 2014, my now-ex husband insisted that my parents buy us a house, thinking they had bought my brother a house. Well, they did, but both houses went into a family trust that they (both mother and father) are the sole trustees of. Fast forward to the financial melt down that has since ensued and my parents have only gotten richer while the rest of us have only hung on by our finger tips. They now have FOUR properties in the trust, three of them in Dallas Texas and mine in North Carolina. All well over 400K in value. All controlled by them. Ok, now here is the problem. My parents fucking hate each other. My dad is 82 and in poor health. Mom is in a "relationship" and "in love" with a "guy" who we all know is a group of spammers and who she says she knows is a scam but also says she doesn't care is a scam. Some days she agrees he isn't real and some days she swears he is. She has already given him (we know of) north of 10 grand but probably much more. The other day she asked my SIL for 25K. My SIL does not have near that. None of us do, and it would take my mom selling off one of OUR houses that we live in for her to get it. And we are now worried that she actually might. I've spoken to my parent's lawyer already who basically told me that there is nothing we can do if she wants to sell her property (that we live in!) she can. I've asked my parents to make my brother and I co-trustees and they won't. What else can I do to protect my home?
