Houston Tx Fired For Taking Paid Lunches
I was a route driver for a company for 3 years just yesterday I was fired for taking my paid lunch at my house (which I’ve done plenty of times and they even told me I can stop anywhere for lunch as long as I can see the truck and no one can steal anything) they also signed and dated written warnings that they never informed me about until yesterday when I was fired. so I had no warning or notice.. (also I never took my full hour lunches they were always around 30-40 mins. Is there anything I can do about this? They also have tons of safety violations. Warehouse workers always smoking and drinking after managers leave since it’s a 24hr facility
