Hoa Removed Ac Unit And Went Into My Unit Without Notice

I recently bought a place and today I had a technician cleaning the HVAC. He said the AC unit outside was cut out and moved. He realized the circuit breaker for it was also off and the window screen was not in position.

Hoa seemingly entered my property without notice or permission, turned off my circuit breaker and then cut out the outside unit, moved it, and left it outside for up to three weeks. I’m not sure when this was done because I haven’t moved in yet

The technician said it wasn’t clamped and water and moisture is getting into it and it’s most likely that it can’t be put back at all and would have to be replaced which is thousands of dollars.

What are my rights here? What can I do? I have no idea why it was moved or not put back and why I was never notified about someone entering my property or doing this. Need serious help here.
