Help Me Recover My Money!

I am a Freelancer and I provide web-design services to clients in multiple industries. I had a client in the U.S who has still not paid me $300(she paid in 4 Installments and $300 was the last installment). This amount was due in July 2023 it has almost been a year now but no response from the client.

I have tried calling,emailing,messaging everything you can imagine to get the money back but she just doesn't respond or care.

How can I get this money back? I know it isn't considered a huge amount in United States but I live in a third world country and $300 is a large amount for me.

Please help me!
