Found Old Will From 1895 That Left Land To My Family That Was Stollen After The Supreme Court Case. Can I Claim It?

We were taring down an old trailer my grandmother lived in and found a stack of papers hidden in the walls. (The will, plat maps, receipts, and court case documents). Rumor has it my uncle had been building a case in the 70s. He then hid everything in the wall because the value of the land wasn't worth a lot back then and would have been split up with so many family members. Well we found it and here is the story:

89 acres was willed forever and ever to my family in 1895. After John passed my great grand mother inherited the 89 acres. Story is that she borrowed $600 on the land (Which she wasn't allowed to do because of the will). The lender decided to sell the property before she paid the money back to someone to build a housing development. They came onto the land and started clearing timber around the 30s. This went all the way to the Supreme Court in 1933 (Documented below). If I understand correctly they found it to be in favor of my family and the they were to stop cutting timber and were to be trespassed from the property. Well some time went by and they came back and continued and forced my widowed great grandmother off the property. This then forced my family into generational poverty while they became filthy rich. The land now has beautiful homes where some are valued around $500,000 more / less. There are 62 of them. Would I be able to do anything about this due to lack of due process?

NOTE: I noticed this case has been cited in a number of other cases as well.
