Fl: Illegal Property Sale?

Hi Everyone,
I’m curious if we have a leg to stand on, but the gist of the matter is:
Roughly 15 years ago, my uncle “sold” his property to a very distant family member while my aunt was out of town. The details of the sale are very suspicious, but from what I can tell, it was $10. Unfortunately, my aunt wasn’t on the deed for the home (it’s paid off and was at the time) but they were married when the home was transferred into my uncle’s name. From everything that I can find, the property would have been considered marital and shouldn’t have been able to be sold or transferred. Documents that I’ve found from searching the local property tax records show the property in the distant family members name. The other family members don’t live on the property but the aunt does and has for roughly 40 + years. The uncle recently passed and she’s trying to fix it. My aunt wants to will the property to family members she trusts but isn’t sure it can be at this point.
Does she have a case? And does she even need to go through a lawyer or can she just take her marriage certificate to the courthouse/tax office and have the change undone?
Thanks for your help!
