Ex-gf Keeps Contacting Me. Is An Pfa Possible?

Hello all. I am in PA.

This is going to be a very messy situation so I'll try to keep it short. In October of 2023 I broke up with my girlfriend of 10 months, and since then she has tried to make my life hell. She moved in across the street from my apartment (we share a parking lot, and she always parked in the spot next to me until I started parking on the other side of my building) and has contacted me through multiple different phone numbers, on Facebook, through email, and even through the mail. I have documented as much as I can, have not responded to any of it and have blocked her on every platform possible, but her last messages were concerning. In it, she tells me that she will kill herself and that it will be my fault. I have been scared to leave my house in fear that she will try to interact with me. I don't know what to do from here. I have tried multiple times to reach out to domestic violence support in order to get legal advice, but no one picks up my phone calls and my messages are immediately ended because of "unusually high wait times." This happens every time I try to contact them. It has been about a week and half since I have first tried to contact them. So that's why I have brought this to reddit. Is there anything I can do about this? Unfortunately I am unemployed at the moment and can't afford to move anywhere because my rent is the cheapest around, but that is a priority once I get back into the work force.
