Ex Boyfriend Wants My Pc He Gave Me As A Gift Back And Is Willing To Take Me To Court. Any Advice?

Hey, so the title is exactly how it sounds. I broke up with my ex boyfriend of 3 almost 4 years, things were going smoothly and I had found a place to move into. Well, right before I moved out, he kicked me out and it was pretty ugly as we were both being quit rude to each other. A couple weeks before he kicked me out we had verbally agreed on what I was taking and what he was keeping. Well, when he was kicking me out he told me he was going to keep my PC ( Mind you he already has one, and his has better specs than mine) and essentially every single gift he has ever gotten me and I told him that wont happen because it is my stuff.

The day that I moved out, I brought my mother and Uncle to help me move out because I didn't want there to be any reason for him to keep my belongings hostage. I put the PC in the back of my car and while I was grabbing other things he took it out of my car. Him and my mother got into an argument and he told my mom to leave his house while he called the cops. While he was talking to the cops, I went back and grabbed all of the stuff that he took back from me and locked it in my car.

As i would grab more of my things, he would hover around and make snarky remarks while telling me he wanted the PC out from my car. He even told my uncle that he needed to get it out of the car, but my uncle said if he wanted it then he would just have to talk to the cops again. So my ex did exactly that and as I was leaving the cops pull up for a second time and asked me what was going on. I told them that he was trying to keep my PC that he gave me and the cops told him that the only thing my ex could do is take me to Civil Court.

After all of that stuff happened and we got all of my things moved in, because I had blocked him, he took it upon himself to text my mother. Then later that night, his mother texted me telling me how she will be coming over to take all the stuff he purchased for me as a gift. Thankfully, I didn't tell my ex where I lived, but we do go to the same gym and my car is quite noticeable so I'm worried he might try something crazy.

Anyways, any advice or things i should be prepared for when or if he does choose to take me to court?

TLDR: ex boyfriend wants to take me to court because I took the PC he gave me while we were together.
