Ex-boyfriend Had Parental Rights Terminated To A Child From A Previous Relationship. Can He Lose His Parental Rights To My Child Because Of This? (mi, Usa)
Ex-boyfriend lost his parental rights to his child due to allegations of SA/failure to rectify the issues surrounding his child. He did not disclose this to me (among a ton of other lies) and I became aware of this right around my child's birth.
Due to uncovering his numerous lies and some other concerns I have about his fitness to parent, can I pursue his rights being removed from my child since he had rights from another child removed? I have sole physical custody and we have split legal, but I do not want to my children alone with this person. He is not who I thought he was and I just want my kids to never suffer the traumas he has put others through.
