Entered A ‘contest’ And Haven’t Received Prize And Support Keeps Closing My Tickets

The company I entered this contest with is a subsidiary of a big social media app. The contest was a monthly challenge type thing where if you make x number of posts (one per day) you can work your way up to prizes, and you can join anytime, with the stock of prizes going down per tier. I posted enough to get the first 3 or 4 prizes, but since I entered late, I didn’t keep going because I wouldn’t have been able to redeem any further prizes before they went out of stock. Even though I didn’t post every day that month, my ‘entries’ still counted and I received a notification that I won and to enter my shipping information.

It’s almost 3 months later now and I haven’t received any part of my prize. Multiple people have said they’ve only received one thing and none of the rest. I’ve tried opening a chat with their support team three times now, with the first two being closed before getting an answer (other than once when I was told they’re investigating and will get back to me… followed by a message that the ‘conversation with customer service has ended.’). I’ve just sent in my third request, waiting for a response. (Also I have no way to know when their customer support hours are since they don’t list a time zone but that’s beside the point, it’s just another frustration I have but irrelevant)

I’m unable to find the T&C for this campaign now but I did read it and the timeline they gave was 4-6 weeks after the close of the contest - it’s been 8 weeks now. I live in an apartment so I’m checking the mailbox and the package delivery area frequently and have an eye on my email for the Amazon hub lockers we have, still nothing.

I’m going to give them a little more time, but in the meantime I’d like to know A) is there any way I can locate their T&C for this contest? It’s no longer on the app, I can’t find it on their website. I think this one led to a third party but I can’t remember the company and all their other ones have the T&C in the app B) if still nothing, where can I report this contest? And in a way that matters? Like I said, this is a subsidiary of a big social media company, the team for this app is small, but they’re owned by a company with tens of thousands of

Edit: I just want to say that the main reason I’m so frustrated by this is that I wouldn’t have entered the contest and given that company my posts had I known they were a subsidiary of the Big Social Media App. I know I should have read the website’s T&C, and I’m not up in arms over them now having the ability to use my posts however they please, but I am frustrated that I gave those posts to this specific company in the first place
