Due To My Past Job, My Teeth Had To Be Removed. Is Any Recourse Available? (oregon, Usa)

I worked for a company that runs child and adult group homes and other services. I worked there for a total of 6 years from 2013 to 2019.

During that time I worked with very behavioral teenagers and would be regularly assaulted, like being bit, spit on, cut, punched, and kicked. While I was a staff at one of those homes I was punched and kicked in the face more times than I can count. At the time my teeth seemed to be ok, as none were chipped or knocked out. But the constant kicking and punching to my face and jaw caused the front teeth to have so much movement to require a bar across them which then caused my top front teeth and canines to be pushed backward and will eventually need to be pulled.

I know there were incident reports written as I did my fair share but as there was no immediate damage is there any way to get the company to pay for the dental work that needs to be done?
