Drug Addicted Mother - Help

I dont even know where to start. Roughly 5 years ago, I was injured in an accident. I had external fixators (rods protruding through my skin from the bones in my leg), and could not walk for 3 months. The first month I was almost completely bed ridden. The original plan was to spend a few weeks at my mom's house where she lived with my step-dad of 25 years, he's a great man. After about 3 days I went to take my pain meds and noticed the count was WAY off. I had been given just enough to last me for 2 weeks when taken as prescribed, for 2 narcotic pain medications. There was now not even enough to make it to the end of the week. I confronted my mother about this because she was the only one with access to them other than my step-dad, but I knew it was her. She tried to deny it, blaming me for not remembering how much I took, but eventually after explaining the math, she admitted to taking the drugs herself and BEGGED me not to tell me stepdad. I wish I would have at the time, but I did not, amd instead demanded she take me home. I spent the next week and a half in the most excruciating pain I've ever felt in my life. I was sweating bullets 24/7 and spasming from the pain. This was the first time I saw my mother's addiction.

Fast forward about 6 months and her and my stepdad divorced after 25 years of marriage because she had picked up a cocaine habit and also missused fentanyl, hydrocodone, belbuca, and lyrica all prescribed to her for pain, but she did not take them as prescribed. My stepdad tried to cut off her finances so she couldn't continue to buy, which she claimed was financial abuse and left him, taking half of about an $8 million estate.

I think you can imagine what happened next, but it's so much worse than that. She spiraled of course, dove into the addiction hard. She bought a $2 million house, cash. A $160,000 Maserati. And cocaine by the ounce. She typically went through an ounce every ~3 weeks. I tried to stop her, get her into rehabs throw it away. None of it worked. Rehab 4 times, never completed. The last couple times she was in rehab her drug dealer was actually delivering to her to the facility over the fence. Shes warned me this guy is cartel affiliated and that he'd "come after the whole family" if anyone ever went to the police about him. I have pictures of his license plate and vehicle and have provided it to police and nothing has been done in 2 years. Same guy still supplies her.

She eventually got a young boyfriend (younger than me, her son) who enables her and uses her for her money so he doesnt have to work and gets to travel and do blow all the time. We'll all the traveling and cocaine usage eventually caught up to my mom becausr she came down with pneumonia which she didnt get seen for so it turned septic in her blood and she almost died. She was put into a medically induced coma for 9 days. After awaking, she had to do PT for weeks before she could even stand. During that time, this boyfriend of hers would sneak up to the hospital in the middle of the night amd bring her cocaine and nic vapes TO THE ICU. One day a nurse came in and found several vapes hidden in the room, so she confronted my mother who then threw an absolute fit and left the hospital AMA with a tracheostomy hole in her neck.

After returning home, she went right back to using. Not full-blown at first, but it slowly built back up. Her boyfriend continued to drink and use heavily as well. One night, while on the back porch with the boyfriend and his cousin, there was some type of drug fueled argument and the boyfriend went out to his car, returning woth a firearm that he shot 4 times at my mother and his cousin, thankfully missing. Police came and arrested him. Agg assault w/deadly weapon and Assault on a family member with intent. His mother bailed him out. There was a restraining order filed. He wasnt supposed to contact my mother or come within a certain distance. We'll I dont know how it happened, but she let him back in and ELOPED WITH THIS GUY.

She is continuing to use, while he enables her, and I dont see how she can live another 5 years at this rate. He has also convinced her to take me out of her will, because I uninvited her from my wedding, and won't allow her to meet my daughter, her grandchild, for obvious reasons.

I am my mothers only child, her only other living relative is her brother, and while i have come to realize i can not stop her from doing what she wants to do, or tell her how to use her money, it makes my skin crawl that this guy who has enabled my mother's downward spiral, taken advantage of her at every turn, and is waiting for her to die - is seemingly going to take everything in the will and ride off into the sunset after enabling my mother's destruction.

Does anyone have any advice? Because at this point I just dont know what to do anymore. There is so much more to the story, and so many other situations she has gotten herself in while using... but this is the gist of my concerns and I would really appreciate some help stopping this from happening.
