Does Eviction Law Apply To Me?

I am in Florida. I am currently living with my grandmother, who owns the property. We help care for her, and it helps us since I’m disabled and on limited income. We do not have a lease.
I’m worried about what will happen when she dies. My uncle will be given ownership of the property. He doesn’t care about anything but money, so I imagine he will be here as soon as she dies to kick us out.
What rights do I have in this situation? Do I have to be evicted or must I leave immediately or risk going to jail? Do I become a squatter?
Edit: If I got a lease done now, and prepaid “rent” for one dollar a month for a set amount of time, would my uncle be able to terminate the lease without cause after taking ownership, and evict me sooner?
