Divorce Help In Ohio
I recently filed for divorce in Fairfield county Ohio and have been unable to locate my husband in order to serve him the divorce paperwork. He's been out of the home since 2017. The certified mail came back as undeliverable due to expired forwarding. I'm assuming whoever lives at his last known address informed him of the attempted delivery because he emailed me telling me I should have saved money and just filed for dissolution. I asked for his current address (I'm assuming he moved back home to Germany) and he's refusing to give me that information and is requesting to be served via email. Any help on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
